The Frog Doctor, Johnny Prefumo, will show you how to design and build a frog habitat garden in this workshop. Learn about local frogs and what they need to thrive in your garden.
A habitat has shelter, water, foraging and breeding niches. A habitat garden endeavours to accommodate a diversity of frogs, birds, reptiles, mammals and insects in as many of these niches as possible.
This workshop supports World Frog Day which is observed on March 20th to increase awareness of the plight of threatened frog species and highlight things we can all do to help protect them.
For adults and youth 15+.
