Want to try something a little different? Aerial yoga brings traditional yoga practice to a new altitude. In this unique class, you’ll use yoga silks to explore  some familiar shapes and postures in new ways. Aerial yoga can help you bend a bit deeper and invert with ease.

The 10-week adults only course is $225 for the whole term and runs on Saturdays form 8.15am – 9.15am at Riverton Leisureplex F.I.I.T. Factory.

Adult Aerials

Loved Aerial Yoga? Challenge yourself further with our Adults Aerials course.

This artistically curated course is designed to build upon skills and techniques over a 10 week term. With more moderately paced sequences you will learn to perfect the art of aerial silks, practice mindful movement and master coordination and flow in positions and poses that cannot be done using a mat or reformer.

This term program is only $225 for the whole term and runs on Saturdays 9.25am – 10.25am at Riverton Leisureplex in the F.I.I.T. Factory.

Kids Aerials

We have two styles of Kids Aerials on offer. Saturday Kids Aerial Hammock utilises a single silk hammock and is our beginner course designed for kids aged 7-14 years old. Our Thursday Kids Aerial Silks utilises two anchored silks and is a more intermediate course designed for kids aged 10-14 years old.

Enrolments are now open for Term 2 2024. Term 2 Thursday Kids Aerials begins 18 April and finishes 22 June.

Hang out at our Beginner Lyra Hoop class!

Lyra gives a new elegant and bold perspective to strength training. Suspended in a Lyra Hoop you will learn a mix of spins and poses while developing flexibility and coordination.

This amazing and unique course is instructed by our highly trained Aerial performer Jade.

The commencement of Beginner Lyra Hoop is dependent on patron enquiry and interest. If you are interested in this program, please submit an expression of interest through the contact us form below.

Attention new mothers, do you have a bub aged 8 weeks to 18 months? Join us at Riverton Leisureplex for our Mums and Cubs class, which aims to kick start your postnatal journey.

The program allows mums with babies to connect with their new baby in a private studio. It enables them to rehabilitate safely postpartum and meet other mothers.

The 10 week course is $105 and runs on Mondays 9.30am – 10.15am at Riverton Leisureplex in the Wellness Studio.

Bookings required. Only 12 spaces available in each session.

Enrolments are now open for Term 2 2024. Term 2 Mums and Cubs at Riverton Leisureplex is running as 6-week courses and Cubs begins 15 April and finishes 20 May.

A very gentle form of yoga that is ideal for people who are stressed or injured, or for those looking to regain or maintain their quality of life.

Restorative Yoga uses props (such as a bolster and folded towels) to support the body completely in every pose. It includes the holding of gentle postures to enable the muscles and connective tissues to relax completely. You can expect deep mental and physical relaxation from this class.

The 10-week course is:

• $212.50 Bolster included (adults)
• $162.50 exclusive of Bolster (adults)
• Concession rate available

This term program runs on Tuesdays 6:15pm to 7:15pm at Riverton Leisureplex in the F.I.I.T Factory.

Enrolments are now open for Term 2 2024. Term 2 Restorative Yoga begins 16 April and finishes 18 June.

Online enrolments can only be made for 'Adult Bolster Excluded'. For all other enrolment options, please enrol over the phone on 6350 7301 or visit us in-person.
