BA13 - Building Approval Certificate - Unauthorised Spa
A Certificate of Building Compliance is required to be submitted with all applications for Building Approval Certificates as evidence that the building work complies with Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards.
The City of Canning provides a certification service for Class 10b spas and is able to issue Certificates of Building Compliance.
You can lodge a new application online using the My Canning portal.
- Log in to My Canning.
- Select Enquiries.
- In the search bar search for unauthorised spa
- Click the Start button for the enquiry to begin the online application submission process.
- Log in to My Canning.
- Select My Lodged Applications.
