Zero Waste Refill Station

Cannington Leisureplex is now home to a Zero Waste Refill Station!

The Zero Waste Refill Station works like a vending machine, making it easy to reduce plastic waste by refilling everyday products using your own clean containers from home.

You can purchase a range of common household liquids (that are locally made and environmentally friendly), including:

• hand wash
• body wash
• shampoo
• conditioner
• dish liquid
• all-purpose cleaner
• laundry liquid
• laundry softener.

How to refill

1. Bring your own container (clean, dry & fit for purpose with old labels removed)
2. Choose the size (3 sizes available):
   • 700ml, 1L, 2L for laundry liquid/softener
   • 500ml, 700ml, 1L for all other products
3. Tap to pay:
   • Debit or credit card
   • App pay (Apple, Google & Samsung)
   • Monyx Wallet app
4. Refill
5. Apply new label provided

The Zero Waste Refill Station has been supported by a grant from the Government of Western Australia and the Waste Authority and is owned by Skipping Stones Refillery.
