Sri Chinmoy Centre Meditation Classes

In these free meditation classes offered by the Sri Chinmoy Centre you will learn to silence the mind, access the heart, meditate deeply and incorporate it as a daily practise Further free follow up meditation classes will be offered afterwards. Enjoy the benefits of meditation in a group! Please try and attend all sessions in a continuation series.

Chairs are provided and there is plenty of parking onsite.

Topics covered include visualisation, breathing techniques, mantra, concentration, the ABC's of meditation, music and eastern spirituality.
