STOIC CORNER: Conversations and Reflections Sessions

This is a welcoming monthly gathering led by CREA that provides a safe, respectful, and supportive space for people to connect, share experiences, and engage in meaningful discussions about wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth.

Through open conversation and peer support, participants can build stronger community connections, reduce feelings of isolation, foster emotional wellbeing, and develop a greater sense of belonging.

Everyone is welcome to join, listen, share, and be heard.
