Proposal to Dispose of Property - Unit B3 and G1, 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool

The City of Canning proposes new leasing arrangements at 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool (formerly Welshpool Business Enterprise Centre). The following tenants are proposed to be granted a new lease:

Tenant: Angad Group Pty Ltd
Lease Area: 26.7m². Block B, Unit 3
Proposed Lease Fee: $6,248.32 ex GST per annum
Market Value: $6,008 ex GST per annum

Tenant: Khalid Global Pty Ltd
Lease Area: 77.8m². Block G, Unit 1
Proposed Lease Fee: $8,563.36 ex GST per annum
Market Value: $8,234 ex GST per annum

It is a requirement of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose this information for public consideration.
