The City has launched its first Customer Experience Plan. This Plan explains how we’ll work to deliver and improve your experiences when accessing our services and interacting with staff.
We’re committed to providing everyone with an excellent customer experience. To better understand the needs of our community, we asked for feedback on what it’s currently like interacting with the City and where we could improve. This feedback helped inform our Action Plan – these are the areas the City will focus on over the two years. To view the Action Plan, please see page 9 of the Customer Experience Plan (PDF 780KB).
To monitor our levels of improvement, we have put measures in place. View our Plan (PDF 780KB) to see how we will be doing this. It includes asking you for feedback in the future, so you can tell us how we are performing.

We will acknowledge what you say, listen carefully and take action to reach a resolution. In our interactions with you, we will keep you informed along the way and will look for opportunities to create value.
