Proposal to dispose of Property - Unit AA Block A, 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool
The City of Canning proposes to renew a lease of an 18.3sqm portion of land at Unit AA Block A, 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool to Kondil Pty Ltd for a consideration of $4,282.72 ex GST per annum. The market value of this disposition was assessed at $4,118 ex GST per annum.
It is a requirement of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose this information for public consideration.
