The City of Canning proposes new leasing arrangements at 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool (formerly Welshpool Business Enterprise Centre).

The following tenants are proposed to be granted a new lease:

Tenant: Fix Your Phone
Lease Area: 44m². Block A, Unit 3&4
Proposed Lease Fee: $10,297.04 ex GST per annum
Market Value: $9,901 ex GST per annum

Tenant: LNLC Pty Ltd T/A Kelyn Training Services
Lease Area: 244.4m². Block F
Proposed Lease Fee: $44,480.80 ex GST per annum
Market Value: $42,770 ex GST per annum

Tenant: LNLC Pty Ltd T/A Kelyn Training Services
Lease Area: 21.6m². Block B, Unit 1
Proposed Lease Fee: $5,054.40 ex GST per annum
Market Value: $4,860 ex GST per annum

It is a requirement of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose this information for public consideration.
