Proposed Disposal of Property – 33–37 Murray Road, Welshpool

The City of Canning proposes new leasing arrangements at 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool (formerly Welshpool Business Enterprise Centre). The following tenants are proposed to be granted a new lease:

 Tenant: Asghar Syed          
Lease Area: 41.3m². Block D, Unit 5 
Proposed Lease Fee: $5,583.76 ex GST per annum 
Market Value: $5,369 ex GST per annum

Tenant: Aldora Electric Company Pty Ltd         
Lease Area: 42.6m². Block A, Unit 5&6 
Proposed Lease Fee: $9,968.40 ex GST per annum  
Market Value: $9,585 ex GST per annum

It is a requirement of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose this information for public consideration.
